Independent status

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, vendors, contractors, contributors, and service providers remain independent from S&H Consulting Solutions LLC.

No agency authority

Outside parties may not bind S&H, represent approval, send offers, make commitments, or act on behalf of S&H without written authorization.

Records and documentation

Contractor, vendor, and contributor relationships may require documentation, review, and written confirmation before work begins.

Written agreements control

Any compensation, commission, referral, JV, vendor, contractor, or payment arrangement must be governed by the applicable written agreement or written authorization.
